The Biggest Loser

I've been working out for a week. The weight is being up and down. I think it's because of the food haven't been digested yet during the weighing. At first I workout to burnt 20 calories. Then, I added up the burn out till now, 20 minutes of workout daily.

But yesterday, I tried the workout along with the dumb bells. Today, my arm muscles aching. But not too much, I've been used to that after training too hard in softball practice during in U. That means the muscles are building up and begin to burn the fat. Hoho...talk about how body works.



But I feel great. The pain on my knee has gone after the first workout. I sweat a lot and I sleep better. And I eat less of junk food which I really love. I just eat pumpkin seed (kuaci putih) for my snack. Actually I don't believe in the ubat-ubatan or drinks that make you thinner because I think it's not good for your health. Why? Because all those drinks and medicine makes us not to eat and we need to eat for energy. We need this energy to work and burn calories. Also, if we stop taking the stuff we will gain more weight than before. With exercise, we build muscles and the muscles burn the fat permanently (unless we do not eat high calories food to put some more weight). The drink does not burn fat. It just makes us not to eat but the fat is still there. Besides, I love to sweat rather berpantang to drink the stuffs daily. Moreover, exercise is free but the drinks and the ubat are very expensive. Unless, you buy a very expensive exercise machine. But why not, spend more money on your health...

Well, I will update the result of my workout in weeks. It takes a while for my body to change. I'm not quite a patient person but I have to deal with it.
