Woah...I've lost 11 lbs after work out and counting calories that I ate for two weeks. I just don't want to use kilos because it seems lbs have a bigger number than kilos. For example, 1 kilos is 2.2 lbs. So, nampak macam banyak ler...
Anyway, I still eat normally, but no snacking. At night, I never miss to drink milk. Tak kisah la susu apa. Sometimes milo. It's for a good night sleep and for the bones. Biasa laa, nak masuk peringkat mid year crisis ni, tulang kena kuat. It's also for the work out. Kalau tulang lemah macam mana nak bergerak.
I missed out the work out for two days last this week. First, the day which I came back home late because of this Pembentangan Kajian Tindakan and second the day I sent Rahimin to Ipoh. Tired maa...Hoh, esok kena amik Rahimin lagik!
Yes, my body started to change. The inner belly seems to be harder and the flabby meat macam dah lembik. Ala, baru dua minggu. Kena sabar laa kalau nak kurus dan sihat macam dulu. But I feel healthier than before. Lambat kurus pun tak pe, yang penting sihat.
I've told one of my colleague who is very obese that he should exercise. Starting with a walk. Tapi biasa lah, orangnya kalau bercakap semua nak betul. Dah namanya pemalas, pemalas laa jugak. Akibatnya diri sendiri merana. Sambil mengajar pun boleh tidur...
I'm still hoping with this weight loss I can have a child easily. Betul tau, kalau gemuk ni susah mengandung (doktor cakap laa).
