I don't know what's happen to me lately. I often feel fatigue. During school time, whenever it comes to 11.00 o'clock my body started to feel so weak and my back started to ache. Sometimes I will feel drowsy, but that's not bad enough. At night, I usually sleep at 1.00 a.m. and later but nowadays my sleeping time has become earlier, the latest is 12.00 a.m.
These few days I won't be able to take a nap in the evening. I don't mind though but a day after I will feel so damn tired. Probably this short evening nap is a steroid for my body. Or may be I still in the mood for sport. Hmm....Lack of exercise? No lah, I always walk around in the school because I know I will not get out after I get into my house. Or may be I need to sweat, I mean get out all of my perspiration till the last drop like I did when I was coaching the kids.
I need to go for a theraphy. Spa or massage centre. Ahh, tido kejap laa lepas ni...after American Idol...haha!



drink a lots of plain water.. it helps..
