This is really typical: Service Counter

Yesterday, I went to a bank to update my account book. You know, it's the bank which sponsored by government and this is also my salary bank. From school (extra class), I went to Sabak Bernam, went inside the bank and took the queue number. There are few numbers in front of me, which are less than 20. I'm not a very patient person, but I guess I can wait.

Guess what, there were only four counters which were fine by me because it's a small bank but there was only a...I mean a counter opened. Then, a few minutes later, another counter opened. Things that can be done in a few minutes became half an hour business. I was so mad with this situation. Such a time waste!!!

Well, all of you can find this situation anywhere. Same goes to the post office. I didn't mind the small post office like in Sabak Bernam where there is no one goes there. Every post office that I went have a situation like this, especially during lunch time. Ye lah, lunch time so they went for their lunch but they should go for their lunch earlier or later. They should know people done their business during lunch time especially government servant and some private servant. Plus, they never smile and sometimes talk rudely to their customers, especially older people.

That's why I love to go to Public Bank. Their service is soooo fast. I mean, VERY. That's why they became The Best Managed Company in Malaysia. Company turrr....I saw lots of CCTV on their workers head. The bank which I went yesterday only have three of them. Yeah, I realized those since I stayed there for half an hour.

Another bank which I love to go is Affin Bank, the bank which I pay my car. I only have to blur out my car numbers, they write something on the bank slip and I pay. It only took me two minutes or less to do so. Simple, pergi balik...

I think the solution to this problem is simple...put lots of CCTV on the workers head... Hahahahahahahahahahaha!!! Ehh, don't put in every classroom pulak...

i know which bank that is.. i despise, detest, loathe that bank.. bila ada orang suh bank in duit situ mesti saya akan mengeluh... nasib baik skrg ada online services.. tak suka buang masa menunggu!!
