I'm not a fan of sushi. Used to eat from Giant Supermarket. Beli secara pukal. But it does not taste so good. Too much vinegar. Since then both of us tak makan sushi dah.
I told my sis, Amni about it. She's the "all Japanese" fan, like me but she's more into it. She said, kenapa tak pergi Sushi King? Giant punya tak fresh laa. Ohh, begitu ke?
Last weekend, I went shopping at Giant. Although the stuffs quite expensive but my husband wanted to collect the coupons to get a frying pan. Ape daa...I told my husband I want to buy some sushies from Sushi King. Dengan muka tebalnya, I told the cashier that this is my first time I buy a sushi. Kononnya. So, I asked her to choose the best sushi for me. If not mistaken I bought Sanma Kabayaki (sweet grilled eel, recommended by the cashier but I do not like it), Ebi Fry (deep fried prawn), Egg Mayo (mashed egg with mayonnaise) and Tori Karage (deep fried chic nuggets with mayo).
At home (after meal) I tried the sushies. Ehh, quite ok laa. Especially after mix it with soy sauce and wasabe. I do not dare to try the raw fish yet. Takut tak boleh masuk. I like Tori Karage and the husband likes Ebi Fry. He said expensive but as for me the price is quite ok (for food lovers, I didn't mind the price). Looking forward to try something else, probably their ramen...ohh, edamame too (insipred from Shin Chan comic).
