I just finished my task and were watcing Jozan show featuring Emmett, a lead vocal of one of my favoutire band, Butterfingers. Aiseymen, he's so cute...nasib baik laki orang & aku pun bini orang...huehue. Tak pe, laki aku handsome. Anyway, the band have released a new album called Kembali. What I saw in the TV makes me flash back all my memories...
Yes, I am a fan of this band but not too fanatic. I first realize them after heard Faculties of The Mind from Transcendence album and I think it was 1999 at that time. At first, after hearing the song I told to my self..."Heh, lagu apo nih?" I don't know the sepatah haram what the vocalist said. Because I'm the Hitz.FM listener, the song kept on and on, on the radio. Sedap jugak lagu nih, I told my self after a while. Then I bought the album since the second single, Epitome was also a hit.
After layan2 the album I decided to buy the previous albums of this band. I bought Butter Worth Pushful and 1.2 Milligrams. Of course my favourite album is Butter Worth Pushful that contains Viopipe, Delirium and Ruin By Selling Out which are my favourite in that album. But my most favourite single is...Chrome from 1.2 Milligrams. Although the songs are raw when they did the album until now I have the song in me and in my laptop. Dalam keta pun simpan..
I realize that this band recycles old Malay songs, which was a good thing. The songs are bit catchy blended with the talented members of the band. I didn't know them personally (except for Emmett since his name is nearly as mine) but what I know is they are so damn good. Plus, Emmett voice same as Kurt Cobain. Hampir-hampir jugak laa nak pi gig deaorang kat Penang tapi tak jadik sebab salah tarikh. Hampes...
Emmett told the audience in the TV (dengan ada slang mat salleh walaupun dah improve skit BMnya) that all the songs in the album are Malay song sebab dia dah rasa best buat lagu Melayu. Itu sudah bagus...don't say that I despise all Malay songs. Ada jugak aku layan kalau berkualiti...yang leleh-leleh jer aku tak minat. Sempat gak laa dia perform lagu Bebas-enjit2 semut...huhuhuhuhu...

After that I bought Butter Late Than Never when I'm with my ex. Dia pun minat gak alternative. After that, the band did a Malay songs which I didn't like it but still the fan of the band. So, I didn't buy the album til now.
